You wind your way through the small roads to the center of the old part of La Herradura. Villa A mar is located on the hill with lovely views over the village, mountains and parts of the beach. You park easily in our own garage and take the stairs up to the terrace and the house.

 

The house has two floors with balconies and terraces all around. The ground floor has a large kitchen, a bathroom and a dining & lounge area. Perfect for the big family, social gathering or even a management meeting

 

The upper floor consists of a large lounge and 5 bedrooms 10 people sleeping. Two rooms with a double bed and three rooms with possibility to convert to twin beds. The house has two bathrooms on the upper floor.

 

On the first terrace there is the pool and a large area for nice "hang out". Outdoor kitchen and barbeque area are connected to the kitchen for the simplicity of being able to cook together or just hang out with a drink.

 

You can have your morning coffee or afternoon drink on the roof terrace. Here you can also sit and sun bath during spring and autumn.
